DTR Vantage
Licensing portal ↗Free trial

Try DTR Vantage free for 14 days

Every module, on one Windows server of yours, against your own NetScalers, XenServer pools and Windows servers. Nothing to buy and nothing leaves your network.

What the trial includes

  • Every module. NetScaler monitoring, configuration and analysis; XenServer health and console; Windows Infrastructure, Hyper-V and Windows Update; Citrix session performance, HDX Insight and launch analysis; security posture; Uptime; Automation; the estate map.
  • Sized for a real look. Up to 2 NetScaler HA pairs, 1 XenServer pool, 10 Windows servers and 2 Hyper-V hosts.
  • 14 days from activation, not from the day you ask, so the clock starts when the dashboard is running.
  • The product itself, not a cut-down edition: the same installer and the same build customers run.

How it works

  1. Ask for it on the licensing portal: your name, work e-mail, organisation and what you would monitor.
  2. Confirm your e-mail address from the link we send. The request reaches DTR Networks only after that.
  3. DTR Networks approves it, usually within one business day, and writes to you.
  4. Sign in and download the installer from your portal page. Run it on a Windows Server VM; it installs everything it needs.
  5. Activate: on the dashboard, Settings > License > Activate online shows a code; enter it on the portal. The 14 days start.

Your environment stays yours

DTR Vantage runs on your own server. DTR Networks does not see your dashboard.

When the 14 days end

The dashboard keeps running in limited mode: your settings and everything it has collected stay on your server. Install a purchased key and every module comes back where you left it, no reinstall. How it is priced.

One trial per installation. Trial keys do not receive update packages; a purchased key does.

What you need

  • A Windows Server VM (2019 or later) that can reach what you want to watch; a small estate is comfortable on 2 vCPU and 8 GB.
  • Administrator rights on it for the install; the installer adds Python 3.12 and the service.
  • Accounts for what you want to watch: SSH or NITRO on the NetScalers, the XenServer pool's API, and WinRM to deploy the Windows agent.

Details: requirements and installing.

The small print

The trial is for evaluating whether to buy; the terms you accept when you ask for it forbid reverse engineering the software and working around the licence key. Read the trial terms ↗
